And yes, that is a VW with a bunch of throwing stars in it. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that it was done by the previously mentioned Ninja Assassin.

Yeah, I agree, Ninja AssAssIns, is quite a stupid movie to begin with. The Wachowski Brothers have lost their touch. Or, they never really had it. Just a bunch of copycat and idea thieves.
